January 2022 Walk

SUNDAY 9th January 2022 - Glebe Walk, Bowness on Windermere

Starts at 11 am and meeting place for start is - Braithwaite Fold Car Park - LA23 3HE
There is free parking available on Glebe Road, and it will be a short walk of approximately 1.2 miles towards Ferry Nab and Cockshott Point and back past the marina.
The RGSL van will be in Braithwaite Car Park and will have a selection of merchandise for sale including, snoods, outdoor and bedding coats, winter warmers, dog sweaters, martingale collars, leads and Anne Welding’s unique, individual hand made Birthday, blank and other greeting cards..
No catering at this walk - tea/coffee will resume at the February walk in Heysham Village.

Walks are for sighthounds only, and held on the 2nd Sunday each month starting at 11:00 hours.  Please be aware that some attending can be nervous and not used to meeting other breeds of dogs. If you have a nervous dog please ensure it’s muzzled, and please keep all dogs on the lead at all times.

There are many people behind the scenes making these walks a success - it’s a massive team effort, so come and join us - everyone welcome.
