The RGSL paddock is available for greyhound owners to give their dog(s) a run off lead and teach them recall. A minimum donation of £5.00 for 1/2 hour is suggested, which is used towards tthe paddock’s production and upkeep. Visits are by appointment only. Ring us when you arrive and meet us at the front door. Once the paperwork is filled in, just walk down the road towards the underpass, and enter the grounds using the gap to the right hand side of the double gates (we are currently fitting a single gate in the gap). Walk past the boat then turn right and walk up the grass path to the paddock double gates. Let yourselves in. There will be a bucket of drinking water for your dog and a ‘dog waste’ bin by the gate. Please don’t allow your dog to dig holes, adhere to the paddock rules and pick up dog poop and place in the bin provided. Once you’ve finished, leave by the double gates ensuring they are properly closed behind you, down the path back to the entrance, then up the road back to your car. If you wish to purchase, collars, greeting cards, snoods, knitted dog sweaters, ‘homed and loving it’ bibs, mugs or polo-shirts etc please ask when you arrive or leave. Many thanks.
