Shelter Progress

The progress of the shelter is coming along. Stuart is doing a lot of the smaller woodwork jobs today and Charles is continuing to give it it’s first coat of stain. The big sliding door at the back is almost complete and we are just awaiting the roller shutter for the space in front of the steps and the glass for the window behind where Stuart is standing to arrive then we are almost complete. One of the electric over head heaters from our conservatory used to keep our b&b guests warm during breakfast in the winter is now fixed in place to the left of the shelter should it be required. Unlike the gazebo we have during the summer months to keep the sun and rain off people and dogs, this one won’t blow away during high winds and storms.
