October update

October was busy and we homed 11 dogs, with 6 still here hoping to find loving homes in November. Here are the names of the dogs who found homes:- Madrid (now called Max), Missy, Edith, Ned, Leanne, Davern, Dan, Buck (now called Max), Tiggy, Heskey and Queenie.
Boycie, thankfully is still keeping well and due another chemo session tomorrow. Bonnie who came back after her owner passed away and went to her new home in September is back with us after her owner had a stroke. Bonnie is now being fostered with Joy and will stay with her until we know if her owner is well enough to have her back.
The shelter is coming on and I’ll put a picture up later because Stuart is doing more work on it at the moment. I’ve just ordered some mugs and these will be on sale at the next teeth cleaning session. We now have an account with the Charities Trust so the collection cans and boxes being made will also have a QR code on them so donations can be made using a phone as well as coins being inserted. Please look at our Christmas card page as more or being added. It’s bonfire night tonight so keep your dogs safe.
