Charlie needs a home

Can you give Charlie a home?
CHARLIE (Unkind Hands) was born in September 2017, he weighs 28.74 kg, is house trained, neutered, inoculated, microchipped and travels well in a car. He's super in the house, and is a lovely friendly, happy lad and walks beautifully on the lead, until he sees another breed of dog, when he can become bouncy and bark. However, if you keep him close to you on a short lead until the dog passes or you walk in a different direction he gets less excited. We don’t think this is aggression more being overly happy and excited to see them, but he has to learn to approach other dogs in a more gentle manner. The more he goes out the better he’ll become.
