Arnside Walk

Our monthly walk held on Sunday 27th October 2024 was held at Arnside. Heavy rain the night before meant we couldn’t use the carpark we normally start and finish from due to it being waterlogged. The day was dry and people parked cars along the promenade and the RGSL van parked at the entrance to the car park opposite the chip shop who kindly let us use one of their tables to serve refreshments and display the few goods we were able to display. Despite the carpark being flooded the walk was enjoyed by 43 hounds and their owners, and £188.91 was raised. Thank you to everyone who helped organise, helped out and participate in the walk.
