April Monthly Walk
SILVER SAPLING CAMPSITE
SUNDAY 10th APRIL 2022 - SILVERDALE
Starts at 11 am.
Meeting at the SILVER SAPLING CAMPSITE
Park Road, Silverdale, Nr. Carnforth LA5 0UJ
The walk is around the fields and woods of Silverdale and they are asking for £2 per car for parking which will be going to the Guides Charity.
We will be offering tea/coffee and biscuits/cakes after the walk back at the RGSL van in the car park.
The RGSL van will also have a selection of merchandise for sale including, long and short snoods, 100% waterproof outdoor coats, double fleece bedding coats, winter warmers, dog sweaters, martingale collars, leads and Anne Welding’s unique, individually hand made Birthday, blank and other greeting cards..

Silver Sapling Campsite Directions - Travelling by Car:
From M6 J35 turn left off the motorway if traveling from the south and take 3rd exit off the motorway if traveling from north.
Then at next roundabout (Pine Lake Roundabout) turn right following the signs for Milnthorpe.
After 2.5 miles turn left off the A6 at Nineteen Acre Lane, following signs for Yealand Redmayne & Silverdale (traveling South on A6 it is signposted Yealand Redmayne & Leighton Moss).
At the first T-junction turn right for Silverdale & Leighton Moss (Silverdale Rd).
At next T-junction turn right (nr. Golf Club) for Silverdale & Arnside (Red Bridge).
At next junction turn left for Silverdale Village.
Entrance to field is 100 meters on Right just after National Trust Eves Wood Car Park.
